Prix Fixe

The 60-seater restaurant launched in February 2014, with a menu inspired by William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Later menus were based on themes including The NutcrackerThe Lion, the Witch and the WardrobeLa Dolce Vita; an ode to autumn; Sibley's signature dishes (which included her much-loved Snickers dessert); and the French Revolution ("Let them eat cake").  Alice in Wonderland, will be the last. 

Prix Fixe was named one of 2014's best new restaurant's by The Age restaurant reviewer Gemima Cody, and was recognised for Fiona Lynch's interior design work with a nomination at last year's Eat Drink Design awards.
